Are you a Qualified Architect looking to lead an exciting upcoming project for a corporate HQ building with a successful consultancy, where you have the opportunity to oversee the whole process from design to completion?
Do you have experience with designing laboratories or offices and want a role that will allow significant career progression, with potential to lead a continuous stream of upcoming projects, in an integral and fully autonomous role?
The company work with clients to define the processes necessary for manufacturing pharmaceutical products, the required plant and equipment, process equipment as well as engineering and buildings. With an upcoming project, an Architect is required as they move to Design stage 3, driving the design for a cleanroom, laboratory, atrium and a grand office, leading all design disciplines and overseeing contractors while liaising with the Project Manager.
This role would suit a Qualified Architect looking to establish a leading role in a grand project, while building on their management experience, with the potential to progress into an integral role within the consultancy.
Responsibilities:
Oversee project into Stage 3 Design
Lead all design principles
Produce drawings and specifications as required
Manage tender stages and contractors as needed
