Location: Horseferry House, Horseferry Rd, London SW1P 2AW
Day rate: £250 PAYE/ up to £330 per day Umbrella.
Duration: 3 months to start with, starting ASAP.
TATE are recruiting for a Prestigious Fashions Brand to work as a Digital Marketing Lifecycle Manager.
Overview of the job role
The digital marketing cycle stems from the idea that every digital campaign experiences five stages of 'life': setup & strategy, implementation & traction, conversion, expansion and viral growth.
Job responsibilities:
Develop and execute the marketing lifecycles strategy, incorporating best practices and innovative approaches to engage our target audience.
Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including technology, IT, design, copy, Customer Service and Client Engagement and marketing teams, to ensure omnichannel and effective lifecycle campaigns.
Lead two coordinators whilst partnering with the Senior Digital Customer Marketing Manager and the other manager to create a collaborative and highly productive and fulfilling environment for the wider DCM team.
Utilise your expertise with ESP (Email Service Provider) platforms to implement and optimize email marketing programs.
Leverage data-driven insights and analytics to implement new journeys and continuously improve lifecycle campaigns across acquisition and retention programs.
Monitor key performance and provide regular reports and presentations to share with key stakeholders and teams, presenting campaign results, insights, and future strategies.
Conduct in-depth analysis of campaign results, identify trends, and develop actionable recommendations to enhance future initiatives.
Collaborate with the design and copy teams to develop compelling and visually appealing email templates, ensuring brand consistency and a positive user experience.
Prepare and deliver presentations to key stakeholders, communicating campaign results, insights, and future strategies. What skills are we looking for?
To sum up on the below we want to find someone with experience in managing customer centric communication campaign and programs.
Strong experience in email lifecycle programs and CRM, additional experience in messaging channels prefer.
Data capture and contact acquisition (digital and through physical initiative) experience would be great to.
Ability to work with technology team and drive roadmaps and projects.
Able to understand data and communicate results and insight.
