Marketing Manager required to join a well renowned company specialising in bespoke campervan and motorhomes on a Permanent basis based near Banbury.
Our client is an expert in automotive camping luxury, with a reputation for bespoke vehicle builds and conversions. Working with the worlds go-to campervans and motorhomes, their craftmanship to configure and upgrade is second to none, leaving customers with a one-of-a-kind model to embark on their camping adventures world-wide. We are currently seeking an experience Marketing Professional to join an existing marketing team. This is a rare opportunity to join a rapidly expanding company with large growth plans across new markets on a permanent basis within a new marketing suite at their Head Quarters based near Banbury.
The Marketing Manager will be responsible for overseeing the departments marketing efforts, including assisting in the development and implementation of strategic marketing plans whilst playing a crucial role in driving forward the Digital marketing strategies and CRM management.
Key responsibilities of the Marketing Manager will include:
Develop Digital Marketing Strategies:
Create comprehensive digital marketing strategies aligned with overall business objectives.
Identify target audiences and define digital marketing goals.
CRM Management:
Manage Customer Relationship Management (CRM) systems.
Utilise CRM data to segment customers and personalise marketing efforts.
Content Creation and Management:
Oversee the creation of digital content (e.g., blog posts, social media updates, email campaigns) to engage and retain customers.
Social Media Management:
Manage and grow the company's social media presence on platforms like Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, and Instagram.
Monitor social media metrics and engage with the online community.
SEO and SEM:
Develop and execute search engine optimization (SEO) strategies to improve website visibility in search engine results.
Manage search engine marketing (SEM) campaigns.
Data Analysis and Reporting:
Analyse digital marketing data to measure campaign performance and ROI.
Provide regular reports and insights to inform decision-making.
Monitor expenses and adjust strategies as needed to optimize spending.
Team Leadership:
Supervise and mentor a team of digital and creative marketing professionals.
Coordinate cross-functional efforts between departments.
Customer Engagement and Retention:
Develop strategies to enhance customer engagement and loyalty through digital channels.
Create and execute customer retention campaigns.
Competitive Analysis:
Monitor competitors' digital marketing efforts and adapt strategies accordingly.
Identify opportunities for differentiation.
Brand Management:
Maintain and enhance the company's brand image and consistency across digital channels.
Market Research:
Stay informed about industry trends and customer preferences.
Conduct market research to inform marketing strategies.
The ideal Marketing Manager:
Experience in a Management position within a Marketing discipline
Exposure to marketing within Motorhome, Automotive, Motorsport, Marine Yacht industries is highly desirable.
Strong decision maker with the ability to make sound judgements independently, quickly and efficiently.
Experienced working with CRM systems, HubSpot experience is highly desirable.
Personable and engaging individual
Experienced in Offline and Online marketing within a B2C marketing role.
