About the company:
My client design, manufacture and install all manner of signs and graphics for businesses across the UK and Ireland.
Based at their office in the Twickenham area, you will support the growth of the business by creating, delivering and managing marketing activities/campaigns.
Key outputs:
* To lead the creation, implementation and measurement of marketing communications campaigns within the business using guidelines and templates supplied
* To develop and deliver marketing activity to increase revenue from existing clients/prospects
* To create promotional content for www, email and social channels
* To lead and develop proactive new business activity and seek out new business opportunities
* Budget responsibility and achievement of marketing targets
* To motivate and support team members to achieve centre’s sales targets
* To develop, implement and manage processes and procedures to ensure the effectiveness of marketing
* To proactively contribute to the strategic and financial performance of the business/team
Competencies:
* Degree/CIM/CIPR preferred but not essential
* At least 3 years of working in a similar marketing role
* Strong operational marketing, communication skills – esp. digital, content and campaigns
* Relationship management skills and ability to co-ordinate with others
* Ability to galvanise and motivate the business
* The ability to plan, prioritise and manage personal workload
