The candidate should be willing to learn and be looking to increase their knowledge of the sector as well as be able to provide verifiable references from previous employers.
The role requires an Architectural Technician with demonstrable UK experience, ideally within the residential sector on high-end schemes. You will need to be highly organised in order to deal with swift nature of the work and be an effective communicator in order to maintain cohesion with colleagues and clients alike.
Architectural Technician Requirements
* Relevant Architectural qualification desirable.
* Demonstrable experience working within UK architecture industry.
* Outstanding technical drawing ability.
* Proficiency with AutoCAD, Revit & Photoshop.
* Good working knowledge of UK Building Regulations.
* The ability to work to strict deadlines, time management skills are essential.
* Real world experience working in an architectural environment.
* A full UK drivers licence.

The position is Full-time and includes:
