Sign Operative / Maker
Job Type : Permanent, Temporary, Full Time
Salary : £12.02 – £14.42/hour Additional Benefits
Our growing client is based in Bury and they have recently moved into a new production facility and are looking for a skilled signage operative to join the production team. There will be the potential for further development within the business and progression over time. It’s a fantastic opportunity to join a forward thinking company who value their staff.
Job Responsibilities
* Working vinyl and digital prints and fitting these to various materials / products.
* Working as part of a team and under your own initiative to meet client specifications and producing high quality signage solutions.
* Assisting with the installation of the signs at client premises as and when required. (This will only be to help with the cover of the installation team)
* Running and setting up the large printers / laminators & vinyl plotters.
* Inspection of all signage and print to ensure that everything is produced to the highest of standards.
Job Requirements
* Must have past experience within a signage and digital printing background.
* Good understanding of signage briefs and some installation experience.
* Excellent work ethic and the ability to adapt when required in different departments.
* Flexibility in regards to shifts as overtime may be required throughout busy periods.
* Must have valid UK driving licence .
