Lead Product Designer | Outside IR35 | London Remote | £475+p/d | 3 months
SR2 are engaging with a large IT consultancy firm specialising across multiple industries from energy through to the likes of media, finance and retail. They are keen to work with candidates who have an interest in sustainability as well.
Essential Skills
Experience working across various teams within a company
Experience working directly and communicating effectively with end clients
Good leader, passionate in developing their team and ability to work and lead others
Contribute to teaching others whilst listening and seeking their opinion
Concise and exceptional communication on both a visual, written and spoken level
Worked as a Senior UX/Product Designer previously
Expert in prototyping tools (Figma, Sketch, and Invision)
Experience using Miro to share ideas and projects and demonstrating the ability to work remotelyDesirable Skills
Ability to write or understand code and have worked with engineering teamsYour Role
Planning and actively engaging with user testing and research
Working across teams and clients with the end goal in mind
Communicating effectively and concisely particularly with stakeholders
Mentoring and upskilling others and junior members of the team
Directing design and ability to host remote workshops
