We are looking for a talented and experienced Artworker/Graphic Designer with a flair for art working, an expert in composition, layout and detailed designs for print.

We’re looking for an individual with experience in both print and digital to produce innovative and user-focused designs for our diverse client base. Working within a friendly but deadline-driven team, it’s vital that you’re comfortable delivering an exceptional brand experience under pressure without sacrificing your creative vision or technical accuracy. This opportunity will suit a creative thinker and idea generator with a strong conceptual eye. The right candidate will be a collaborator, eager to perform well and develop their career by joining a fast-paced (but supportive!) agency. Great communication is essential, as well as being open to feedback.
What will be required:
Design and deliver high-quality, on-brand creative design within project requirements across a range of media
Strong typographic and layout skills, with an eye for detail
Strong knowledge of artwork, pre-press and repro procedures
A flair for artwork and composing detailed brochures and documents
Following and analysing briefs to ensure key objectives are understood, positively challenging when necessary
Participating in creative meetings, sharing ideas and concepts, including brainstorming with the wider team
Provide a strong creative input on all projects while also looking for opportunities to maximise returns and make recommendations accordingly
Research promotional materials in the market to keep ideas fresh and innovative
Be organised with the ability to work on multiple projects at once
Strong communication skills and working as part of a team
Efficiency under pressure to meet tight deadlines is essential
Strong knowledge and experience using Adobe CC Creative Suite, including Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign and premier pro.
