I'm working with a growing client of ours who have recently gone through a merger and are looking for a Creative Lead to join (and help grow) their core business team, working with several global clients. This role will see you working on concepts for clients and taking over after the Creative Direction has taken place. In this role, you will need to be an ideas machine who is constantly coming up with new, innovative ideas for clients.
I am looking to speak to someone who has experience with B2B, BTB, Digital & Print, Shopper, Branding, and Experiential. You will need to have experience working on Agency side for several years, and have worked in creative teams of 6+. This role will see you working to dissect briefs, and brainstorming ideas for clients. You'll need to be a dab hand at sketching, and have experience with spatial design or 3D renders of a room. This role will be managing one direct report, and you'll be responsible for overseeing their development and progression.
You will need to have exceptional communication and inter-personal skills to speak (and present) to stakeholders, both internally and externally. You will bring a wide range of skills to this role including:
Innovative ideas and original thinking
Retail environment design
Early visual idea creation
Creating presentation decks
Sketching, storyboarding
Solid experience with Mac and Adobe CSIf you see yourself as an experienced Creative who is full with ideas who can really look to bring brands and ideas to life, then this could well be the role for you. You'll have creative flair, and be able to add a lot of value quickly. The position would be a hybrid role (but they can offer an awful lot of flexibility) a couple of days/week; however, if you're based a bit further afield you and feel like you could be a good fit for this then it could well be worth a chat.
