Project Manager
Job Type : Permanent, Full Time
Salary : £35000 – £45000/annum
We are seeking a skilled and dynamic Project Manager with a strong background in the events industry to join our client based in Northamptonshire. The successful candidate will form part of an experienced project management team, organising a wide range of processes on each assigned project, ensuring seamless coordination and exceptional execution.
Projects are predominantly based in the UK, with some delivered in the EU and further afield. As Project Manager you will be responsible for both the financial performance and physical delivery of each project.
Responsibilities:
Developing the sold CAD design through to the final deliverable design
Arrange technical details with clients (all post sale)
Produce bills of materials and fabrication instructions
Organising subcontract activities & technical show services
Liaising with clients
Supervision of onsite build
Coordinating of internal activities, which include manufacture of joinery and engineered components, graphics printing and finishing, logistics, on-site installation and dismantle, and integration of our in-house developed engagement offerings.Ideal Candidate:
Experience in project management within the exhibition or events industry
Experience in operating CAD software
Able to work flexible working hours to meet seasonal demands is a must; in peak periods additional hours will be required.
Creative problem-solving skills and adaptability to changing circumstances
Excellent communication skills to interact effectively with clients and team members.
Exceptional organisational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.
