Junior 3D Visualiser/Designer Role
Our client is a group of award-winning designers specialising in global exhibition design. Highly skilled in conceptual, architectural, graphic, and multimedia disciplines; we make it our business to keep abreast of the latest technologies, styles and trends to ensure we keep our clients ahead of the competition. We have over 20 years of combined experience working globally (Europe, US, Middle East, Asia and Australia) on the design, build and full project management of exhibition stands ranging from £20,000 – £1.5m. A fantastic opportunity has arisen for a curious, motivated, and enthusiastic Junior 3D Visualiser/Designer to join us working across a range of projects such as experiential spaces, exhibition stands and events.
Reporting to a Creative Director or Project Manager, you’ll be responsible for producing high-quality 3D renders, virtual walkthroughs and technical working drawings. You will support the team in developing innovative concepts in response to client briefs. You will also research and create mood boards / imagery, materials and support the preparation of high-quality presentation documents.
We are looking for someone who is proficient in 3D visualisation and can hit the ground running. Additional to have a flair for creating concepts during the design stage. An interest in 2D CAD drawings with the view to train and upskill as a 3D Exhibitions Designer. Day-to-day work will include delivering 3D visuals, optimizing efficient rendering workflows, creating models and scenes for real-time / VR applications, and creating 3D map generation. Project manage your work and communicate with clients and our team effectively.
Particularly important to the role are oral and written communication skills along with a good understanding of Microsoft Office. On a professional level, you’re an enthusiastic, open-minded creative thinker with excellent presentation, communication and client liaison skills. Some relevant industry experience is highly desirable (any events/exhibitions Design agency experience is a real bonus) Project management skills and excellent time management are also key to this role.
Summary of requirements:
• Desirable Degree in design or equivalent industry experience.
• Good knowledge of 3DS Max.
• Knowledge of industry standard 3rd party plugins.
• An understanding of render engines, such as Vray
• Adobe Suite including Illustrator, and Photoshop.
• Demonstrate excellent creative flair, technical ability, and passion for visual narration.
• Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to work independently and as part of an effective team.
• Capable of delivering high-quality projects in a fast-paced environment with minimal supervision, whilst maintaining a high standard of quality.
• Demonstrate excellent time management & communication skills.
• Work on the entire 3D process from start to finish based on client requirements.
• Valid Driving License and Passport.
