This award-winning practice have a fantastic track-record of delivering projects across a range of sectors. The role will see the Project Architect working across all RIBA stages predominantly focussing on small to large scale residential projects as well as commercial work with the opportunity to work on a variety of other UK based sectors, ranging from mixed-use, educational, and data centres.
The ideal Project Architect will come with a minimum of 8 years' experience and excellent planning and technical knowledge. You will also be required to operate autonomously on projects and so demonstrable ability to do this will be highly sought after.
Project Architect Requirements:
ARB/RIBA Chartered Architect
Minimum 8 years' experience within UK Architecture
Demonstrable experience in the Residential & Commercial sectors
Proficiency with both AutoCAD & Revit is essential
Adept job-running ability
Outstanding communication skills
The successful Project Architect will be provided with a clear pathway to progression within the company as well as a competitive salary, likely to be in the range of £40-£45k, and company benefits.
