This award-winning practice have a fantastic track-record of delivering projects across a range of sectors. The role will see the Senior Architectural Technologist working across RIBA stages 2-6 predominantly focussing on small to large scale residential projects with the opportunity to work on a variety of other UK based sectors, ranging from mixed-use, educational, and data centres.
The ideal Senior Architectural Technologist will come with a minimum of 8 years' experience and excellent planning and technical knowledge. You will also be required to operate autonomously on projects and so demonstrable ability to do this will be highly sought after.
Senior Architectural Technologist Requirements:
MCIAT Accreditation – Highly desirable
HNC /ONC or equivalent architectural qualification
Minimum 8 years' experience within UK Architecture
Demonstrable experience in the Residential & Commercial sectors
Proficiency with both AutoCAD & Revit is essential
Outstanding communication skills
The successful Senior Architectural Technologist will be provided with a clear pathway to progression within the company as well as a highly competitive salary, likely to be in the range of £38-£45k, and company benefits.
