Senior Architectural Technician
Job Type : Permanent, Full Time
Salary : £35000 – £40000/annum
An award-winning Architectural practice that has firmly established itself within the East Anglia industry urgently seeks an experienced Senior Architectural Technician to work on a broad range of projects from their office located close to Ipswich.
This firm undertake schemes across all RIBA stages spanning a varied range of sectors including Residential, Education, Commercial, Health & Heritage to name a few. Having forged a fantastic reputation in the East Anglia region, they are now looking to capitalise on their continuing success by adding a talented Senior Architectural Technician to their busy team.
The ideal Architectural Technician will be a confident job-runner who can demonstrate the ability to handle multiple projects at a given time. You will be seen as a leader and mentor to the junior members of the team and as such, you will be required to provide guidance and collaborate well with the other members of the team.

Senior Architectural Technician Requirements:
Relevant technical qualification (HNC, HND, Degree etc.)
A minimum of 5 years UK experience
Vectorworks experience preferred but not essential
Proficiency with Adobe Suite
Comprehensive knowledge of UK construction legislation and Building Regulations
Excellent client-facing skills
Project running capabilities and site experience
Ability to support and manage other members of the team
A highly competitive salary and benefits package would be on offer to the successful Senior Architectural Technician, likely to be in the range of £35-£40k, dependant on experience. You will also be eligible for Company Pension contribution and payment of subscriptions to professional bodies.
