Junior Business Development Executive
Job Type : Permanent, Full Time
Salary : £23000 – £28000/annum Commission
The Fix are currently helping a creative agency find a Business Development Executive.
It is a lead generation/sales exec. Suitable for perhaps a marketing grad, or someone quite early in their career. Need to be client-facing but don’t have to be experienced in that, but someone who could be coached and developed. Need to be super duper organised and methodical. Hospitality industry knowledge a big bonus.
The ideal candidate would be from a music, brand or hospitality background
Someone enthusiastic post degree or with little experience within a sales/account management role with the element to be able to grow business
The role will be 4 days from home/visiting client and then 1 day a week in their offices based in Shoreditch.
Core competencies
* Ability to write really well and super engagingly. Vital for outreach to new prospects
* Organisation. Working alongside the Founder and Creative Director
* Methodical thinker – logical, initiative, well planned
* Strong attention to detail. – will attach the right documents to people, send outreach to the right contacts, get names correct, no errors in writing etc.
* Entrepreneurial, curious and happy to go digging for contacts. Savvy about the way they would gather intelligence from our network or database or the web
* Client facing potential, doesn’t need to have demonstrable client facing experience, but someone who looks the part and speaks well so we can develop them would be important
* Largely lead generation, refining a great database for prospects, designing and executing outreach campaigns, assistance with proposals, shadowing sales meetings, contract drafting, gathering information about prospects, market research etc
