We have a position for a talented and highly capable 3D Designer to join us on a full-time basis. This is a very successful, long-standing business with a strong reputation in the sector. The role is cantered on the design briefs passed to the team turning the design from concept stage through to visualisation stages. The successful candidate will be , providing; drawing packs, create cost effective and innovative designs to brief.
Duties
* Communicate effectively, both verbally and in writing, both internally within design and externally with other departments, supplier and clients. Where applicable inspire clients with your creative knowledge and passion
* Produce high-quality, 3D design solutions from initial sketches through to finished renders using 3d Studio Max
* Able to work accurately and well under pressure. With minimal input from the C.D
* Manage multiple projects simultaneously, and thrive in a fast-paced design studio. Be confident with personal time management whilst working within the company's design process to ensure quality output every time
Requirements:
* Exceptional creative talent and mind with strong, sketching, concept communication and 3d design skills.
* Strong team ethic.
* A keen eye for quality and detail.
* Good understanding of the retail environment and shopper experience is essential, combined with a mindset that asks Why as well What and When.
* Excellent 3d studio max skills as well as strong freehand sketching and ideation – additionally Adobe Suite, Illustrator, Indesign, Photoshop (It would be advantageous to have After Effects/ Solid Works, Premiere) plus Microsoft Office
* A strong, creative based portfolio within the retail design sector, demonstrating originality and a broad range of skills on live, professional projects.
* An interest and/ or understanding of the role AR, and other digital platforms
