Your Role: As an SEN Teaching Assistant, you will play a vital role in providing support to students with special educational needs. Your responsibilities will include assisting students in their learning, providing emotional support, and fostering an inclusive and supportive learning environment.
We Are Looking For:
* A caring and empathetic nature, with a genuine passion for supporting students with SEN.
* Previous experience working with students with SEN is preferred.
* The ability to adapt to the needs of individual students and work collaboratively with teaching staff.
* Patience, understanding, and the ability to build positive relationships with students.
