Position: SEMH Teacher Location: South Bristol, Alternative Provision School Start Date: As soon as possible Contract Duration: Until at least Christmas, likely continuing until the end of the academic year for the right candidate Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 08:30 AM – 03:30 PM (Early finish on Fridays)

Your Role: As an SEMH Teacher, you will be a key figure in creating a supportive and inclusive learning environment for students with SEMH needs. Your role involves engaging with students, providing patient guidance, and ensuring their active participation in their educational journey.
We Are Looking For:
* Previous experience working in a similar setting is preferred.
* Alternatively, experience in a challenging Secondary School setting will be considered.
* A calm and caring demeanor, with the ability to handle challenging situations.
* Patience, resilience, and the desire to foster student engagement in learning.
