Great opportunity for a Design manager work based in South London working freelance on a 12-month contract.
The business was established in 1897 and is one of the most successful privately owned, construction development and property services companies in the UK. They work with a range of clients and partners from public and private sectors.
It will also be required that you are in PCSA contract before entering a formal building contract to provide specified services prior to the full build.
Our client has significant experience of using innovation to deliver complex projects across a range of industries, including in education, residential, commercial, healthcare, justice and emergency services and they pride themselves on maximise value for customers and efficiently deliver high performance buildings that enhance and provide a positive impact to enhance the places and communities around them. The business is looking for a Design Manager to join them on achieving their standards and goals.
For this role you will be working on a cut and carve refurbishment of an office. As a construction planner it will highly benefit you from working with an experienced business who will work alongside you in pushing you to achieve the best of your ability.
The business offers hybrid working as being available this is beneficial for you as it allows you to manage your time and tasks more effectively and is proved to increase productivity and performance.
For this ole our client I looking to pay a competitive day rate with guaranteed 12 months contract of work.
