We at Zachary Daniels are supporting a leading apparel retailer in the Irish market seeking to recruit a STORE MANAGER in the DUBLIN, SWORDS region. This business offers its customers exclusive product ranges and your wardrobes staple apparel clothing for; Ladies, Men's and kids.

As you start your career with this business you will have the opportunity to develop and grow in other store locations and possible moves into Head Office functional roles i.e; Area Management, Hr, Buying, Marketing or VM. They have plenty of success stories of Team Staff promoting through the ranks to Area Manager, HR and Buying roles.
Duties and Responsibilities of a Store Manager;
Have a natural flair for visual merchandising to driving the brand concept for your local customer market. You will seek to achieve this through commercial understanding to naturally increase sales and store performance.
Complete daily and weekly floor walks with the use of your commercial and departmental sales to assess product placement, visual standards, stock replenishment and general flow in store.
Take ownership of own store recruitment, staff inductions and key development areas of your employee's.
Supporting your colleagues on their daily targets through communication, floor planners and celebrating success daily on achievement of individual performance.
Working and exceed your; daily, weekly and qtrly kpi's in stores.What you need to be success;
You will be currently working at Store Manager, Deputy Manager or Assistant Manager level.
You will have retail experience working in High Street Fashion, Apparel, Sport or accessories.
You will have managed a team size of at least 15 upwards and managing turnover of 1.5 million plus.
You will have the drive, ambition and natural love for being a Store Manager.
You will have passion for visual merchandising and driving a stores success with product and people.What's on offer;
