This is a fantastic opportunity to join a fast-paced Advertising Sales Team.

The Role

Opportunity to enhance your sales career while working closely with your Advertising Manager, including full training scheme to give you all the tools you need to settle in to your new role and progress in your career.

Day-to-day the role will involve approaching and contacting potential advertisers; building good relationships with clients; persuading clients to buy advertising space both in print and online; and supporting both editorial and digital teams.

Identifying who controls the advertising budget in your targeted locations, while developing key-contact relationships

Managing and growing your own client portfolio while working to set deadlines

The ability to implement sales strategies while maximising revenues across a multi-media portfolio, having the ability to negotiate when closing or quoting an agreed price

A creative outlook is essential to plan and implement any new marketing or advertising initiatives

The Person

Sales experience required

Preferably experience within either tele-sales or lead generation

Ability to build strong relationships in a business setting

A dedicated self-starter

Strong negotiation and influencing skills

Ability to work to deadlines, while continuing to provide exceptional customer service.
