Are you a motivated and ambitious leader with a passion for print and design?

We have an exciting new opportunity for a manager to join a print and design business and lead their team of 7. If you have experience of managing a team and experience of print and design, this could be the perfect role for you.

The successful candidate will be accountable for ensuring targets are met, processes are efficient and work is completed on time. You will be responsible for leading and motivating the team to ensure the highest standards and quality of work.

You will be experienced in managing a range of processes and have an excellent eye for detail. You will be an excellent communicator, both verbally and written, and be confident in liaising with clients and external stakeholders.

You will have the opportunity to progress to a director level, as well as develop your skills in a supportive and innovative environment.

In order to be considered for this role, you must have:

• Experience of managing a team
• Experience of print and design
• The ability to lead and motivate a team
• Excellent communication skills
• An eye for detail
• The ability to manage a range of processes

In return, you will receive a salary of £30,000 – £32,000 per annum, negotiable depending on experience.
