Amazing location AS THE JUNIOR MERCHANDISER YOU WILL:
Supporting the Merchandiser on a daily basis
Dependent on your experience already, you'll have the opportunity to own your own categories
Some WSSI experience would be great, but this is a very hands on role, so the more EXCEL savvy you are, the better
Analyse weekly sales, stock levels and manage all linecards
When owning your areas you'll be accountable for sign offs, and any planning & forecasting proposals you want to make
Work closely to the Buying team with all product launches
Develop & mentor your MAA
Delegate and oversee the MAA's work load and accuracy
Manage all promo and mark down suggestions
Manage all OTB and any carryover
Understand and contribute with critical path and delivery schedule meetings
Propose and action solutions around cancellations, return rates, supplier concerns, phasing and allocation plans JUNIOR MERCHANDISER EXPECTATIONS:
Operating at Senior AM level or JM level already
WSSI experience would be desired but is NOT essential
Highly competent and confident with Excel
Management skills are required
