Junior Interior Stylist
Job Type : Permanent, Full Time
Salary : £21000/annum
Our client is seeking a creative and enthusiastic Junior Interior Stylist to join their dynamic team. This role involves assisting with the buying, styling, and installation of interior design schemes, working closely with Senior Stylists and other departments to ensure seamless project execution.
Key Responsibilities:
· Accessory Sourcing: Research, buy, and source accessories for various interior design schemes.
· Preparation & Packing: Organise, de-label, and pack all accessories for each project, ensuring everything is ready for installation.
· On-site Installation: Assist with the installation of interior schemes, following design plans and ensuring every detail is executed to a high standard.
· Project Management: While on-site, manage the project, giving clear instructions to the installation team and ensuring the project runs smoothly.
· Client Relations: Maintain a polite and professional relationship with clients during on-site installations.
· Budget Management: Ensure all purchases and expenses stay within the project budget.
· Cost Tracking: Accurately record all costs, process receipts, and follow company procedures for expense reporting.
· Communication: Maintain clear communication with ordering, design, and sales teams, ensuring all parties are updated on project progress.
· Job File Checks: Review job files before purchasing, flagging any missing items or required changes to the design team.
· Feedback: Provide installation feedback to the Styling Manager and Designers for future improvements.
· Site Photography: Take professional inventory photos and videos after installations for use on social media and marketing.
Additional Responsibilities:
· Work both independently and as part of a team in a professional manner.
· Drive the company van to and from site locations (van maintenance, MOT, and cleanliness required).
· Assist Senior Stylists on large installations.
· Maintain a tidy and organised styling room and workspace.
· Keep up-to-date with interior design trends and new product launches.
· Support team members to ensure the overall success of each project.
· Unpack and organise stock deliveries, ensuring packaging is recycled properly.
