A progressive medium sized Chartered Architectural Practice requires a talented career focussed Architectural Technologist who is keen to play a leading role in working on fast paced projects within the Logistics sectors for blue chip clients and developers.
The practice was founded in Harrogate and in the last couple of years has successfully expanded into Leeds City centre, their team members typically spend their time between each office and some chose Leeds or Harrogate as their primary base.
Working in their new Leeds city centre studio just a couple of minutes' walk from the train station is a delightful modern space overlooking the river Aire. This successful expansion into the city is due to continued growth fuelled by an incredibly robust portfolio of work across multiple sectors to include, Care, Retail, logistics, Residential, Healthcare and large commercial units, much of their repeat work is with well-known blue chip clients who you will really get hands on experience of working with and developing!

Their latest hire see's them on the market for a career focussed Architectural Technologist up to Senior level, working on fast paced Logistics projects from start-finish, we require an individual who is interested in project delivery over design lead. The role will involve a lot of project meetings, so required is someone with excellent client facing skills, the ability to build relationships and articulate yourself. A thorough understanding of client specifications and technical detailing, plus excellent Revit capabilities.
This is the major growing sector in the practice with an opportunity here to lead multiple industrial projects and make a name for yourself, in addition there is also the opportunity to work in some of their other core markets to include Care, Residential and Retail however the immediate demands and growth career wise is within their logistics team.
Essential criteria for the Architectural Technologist as follows
Degree qualified Architectural Technologist with at least 5 years post qualification experience.
MCIAT or working towards Chartership.
Excellent Revit capabilities
Client facing / keen to engage with end users, build your own network.
Career focussed, keen to climb the ladder and play a leading role in developing a growing team.
Person of good character, keen to positively contribute to company culture.
