POS Creative Artworker – Maidstone, Kent.
Are you an experienced Creative Artworker or Designer who has a passion for POP (Point of Purchase) POS (Point of Sale) or Packaging design?
Are you able to make packaging creative, fun and eye-catching for any potential retail or FMCG clients?
An incredible creative design agency in Maidstone, Kent are seeking 2-3 mid-weight designers to join their vibrant studio team.

* Able to manage complex POS/POP artwork design projects with confidence from briefing to final delivery and to delegate where necessary.
* Confidence in sharing knowledge and skills with others in order to help with their personal development.
* Positive, enthusiastic, highly organised and efficient work ethics.
* Proactive approach to day to day working especially when under pressure.
* Ability to problem solve and suggest appropriate solutions with both clients and the wider team independently.
Key responsibilities:
* Be an integral part of the agency team as a responsible and knowledgeable creative artworker/designer with good point of sale/point of purchase, packaging and creative graphic design.
* Able to action briefed jobs accurately using client rate cards.
* Develop and create high-end designs and visuals across leading and well-known FMCG brands.
* Work closely with account executive(s) / manager(s) and the wider studio.
* Demonstrate a practical and ‘hands-on’, ‘can-do’ attitude throughout project implementation.
* Communicate clearly and professionally with colleagues.
* Manage the work schedule and time tracking across multiple projects on tight deadlines.
* Attend new briefings and meetings when required.
* Build and maintain strong relationships with all contacts.
* Keep Fusioo schedule updated daily.
* Pro-actively seek feedback and critique from direct team and management.
Required skill sets:
* Creative artworking and design experience ideally for POS, Packaging etc.
* Advanced knowledge in Adobe CC Suite – Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign and Acrobat
* Passion to learn or basic knowledge in Cinema 4D and After Effects
* Excellent understanding of POS or POP cutter guides and structures
* Excellent attention to detail
* Able to follow client briefs and direction
* Excellent time and project management skills
* Ability to execute & interpret client brief / feedback as-well-as offer alternative options / solutions
* Microsoft Teams operation – planning and attending meetings and calls.
