Steel Cactus Recruitment are recruiting for an Industrial Spay Painter for our client based in Sheffield S9.

This is a Temp to Perm opportunity joining a dedicated team.
Job Type: Temp to Perm
Salary: £15-£18 per hour

Duties will include:

• Preparing surfaces for painting.
• Spray painting using airless spray painting equipment.
• Operating power tools and hand tools for painting tasks.
• Adhering to safety protocols and quality standards.
• Meeting production deadlines as a team.
• Conducting routine maintenance on equipment to ensure optimal performance.

The ideal candidate:

• Proven experience in industrial spray painting.
• Proficiency in using power tools, hand tools.
• Experience in welding equipment is desirable but not essential.
• Basic math skills for measuring and calculating paint quantities.
• A keen eye for detail and producing high quality work.
• Overhead crane licence is desirable but not essential.
