Performance & Development Digital Learning Content Developer

Location: Remote, with occasional travel to our London office

The Role

We are looking for a creative Performance & Development Digital Learning Content Developer to design and create engaging digital learning solutions. This role involves developing eLearning content, creating online learning materials, and coordinating access to learning resources through our Global LMS.

Responsibilities:

Develop and manage engaging performance & development experiences.
Produce instructional and visual designs, including storyboarding.
Collaborate with the P&D team and SMEs to create modular digital learning content.
Build e-learning content using tools like i-spring and SAP Litmos Rapid Authoring.
Maintain a digital visual asset library.
Convert existing learning materials to digital content.
Deliver learning solutions that provide skill know-how and business context.
Work with stakeholders to create impactful learning experiences.
Produce digital/e-learning content on time and on budget.
Support the P&D function with digital content builds.
Curate and review development resources for self-directed learning.
Collaborate with the global P&D team and wider People Services functions.
Participate in ad hoc HR/talent projects.
Manage local administration for Performance and Development.
Stay updated on new methods, research, and best practices in learning & development.About You:

Skilled in creating engaging digital/e-learning content.
Proficient in e-learning development applications and tools.
Knowledgeable in eLearning technical standards (SCORM, AICC, xAPI).
Experienced with graphic design applications (Adobe Creative Suite).
Capable of video/audio production and editing.
Strong in communication, stakeholder management, and administration.
Adaptable, resilient, and motivated in a fast-paced environment.
Enthusiastic about virtual, self-led, and digital learning.
Understanding of adult learning methodologies.
