The Office Manager will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our retail department, ensuring the smooth running of the office, and supporting the Secretarial & Business Support teams in London.

Overseeing daily office operations
Providing support to the Secretarial & Business Support teams
Managing office supplies and liaising with vendors
Implementing and maintaining office systems and processes
Facilitating internal communication
Organising team meetings and events
Assisting in the resolution of office-related issues
Contributing to the continuous improvement of office proceduresProfile
A successful Office Manager should have:
A degree or equivalent qualification
Prior experience in an office management role
Excellent organisational skills
Strong communication and leadership abilities
Proficiency in MS Office and office management software
A proactive approach and the ability to work independently
