The Role:
As a Graphic Designer / Embroidery & Print Production Operative, you’ll have the opportunity to work on a variety of creative and hands-on tasks. While the role primarily focuses on digitisation and graphic design, you will also assist in testing embroidery and print files, supporting production, and interacting with customers to ensure top-quality results.
Key Responsibilities:
* Collaborate with customers and team members to conceptualise and execute design projects.
* Create and test embroidery stitch files, ensuring they are production-ready.
* Design and edit artwork for Digital print and Embroidery.
* Prepare and maintain an organised library of design assets.
* Operate the latest production equipment, including DTF printers, plotters and embroidery machines.
* Assist with the printing and embroidery of garments while maintaining quality control.
* Interact with customers via email and phone to ensure satisfaction and verify address and order details.
Who We’re Looking For:

Skills & Experience:
* Experience using embroidery digitising software such as Pulse DG17 or Ethos.
* Proficiency in Photoshop and Illustrator.
* Strong IT skills with a focus on design.
* Excellent attention to detail to ensure high-quality output.
* Strong communication skills to effectively collaborate with team members and customers.
* Basic knowledge of sewing techniques or previous experience in a warehouse/production environment is a plus.

Work Schedule:

* Monday to Friday (No weekends!)
* Expected hours: 20 – 35 per week
