About the Role:
We are seeking a Project Manager to oversee the delivery phase of office fit-out projects (CAT A & CAT B). The role requires strong project coordination skills to ensure smooth execution, working closely with internal teams, contractors, and clients. While commercial aspects are handled by the preconstruction team, this position focuses on construction programme management, site coordination, and reporting.
Key Responsibilities:
• Project Planning & Delivery:
o Develop and maintain the construction programme using Microsoft Project.
o Prepare and complete the Construction Phase Plan in line with regulations.
o Organise site management, labour, and set-up, ensuring compliance with WPC guidelines.
• Reporting & Documentation:
o Provide weekly progress reports via contractor reports and photo reports using Procore and Word documents.
o Update project documentation on Procore throughout the project timeline.
o Maintain and track project information, ensuring clear communication between stakeholders.
• Meetings & Stakeholder Management:
o Lead internal team meetings post-construction phase start, including taking minutes.
o Hold and manage contractor meetings to track progress and resolve issues.
o Where required, conduct weekly client meetings and document discussions through meeting minutes.
• Systems & Compliance:
o Proficiency in Microsoft Project is essential for construction programme updates.
o Experience with Procore and 1Breadcrumb is beneficial but not required, as training can be provided.
Requirements:
• Proven experience as a Project Manager within the design and build/office fit-out sector (CAT A & CAT B).
• Strong understanding of construction programming and project coordination.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Project to develop and track project timelines.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and ensure timely project delivery.
• Strong problem-solving skills and adaptability in a fast-paced environment.
• Knowledge of Procore and 1Breadcrumb is a plus but not essential.
