The Role:

We are seeking a skilled Embroidery Machine Operator with at least 2 years of experience using Tajima embroidery machines. This role is both varied and exciting, as you will be personalising a wide range of clothing garments for clients across different industry sectors, from corporate uniforms to sportswear and promotional merchandise.

Key Responsibilities:

* Operate Tajima embroidery machines to produce high-quality embroidered products.

* Set up and adjust machine settings for different embroidery designs and garment types.

* Load and test embroidery stitch files, ensuring accurate production.

* Perform regular maintenance on embroidery machines to ensure efficiency.

* Monitor quality control and troubleshoot any issues during production.

* Assist in digitizing and preparing embroidery files when required.

Who We're Looking For:

* At least 2 years of experience operating Tajima embroidery machines.

* Knowledge of embroidery digitizing software (e.g., Pulse DG17, Wilcom, or Ethos) is a plus.

* Strong attention to detail and ability to personalise a diverse range of garments.

* Good problem-solving skills to troubleshoot machine or production issues.

* Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment with varied client needs.
