Are you a Teaching Assistant looking for a new challenge within Burnley?
Tradewind are working with a large 3-form entry primary school in Burnley who are recruiting for a Teaching Assistant to work full time from January 2022 until July 2022 with the potential of extending on longer. This role is full time, 8.30 – 3.30 Monday to Friday. This Burnley primary school provides a learning environment where children grow and develop in safe and supportive surroundings, leading to children becoming creative thinkers and long-life learners.
This teaching assistant role will be supporting within year 2 working on a 1:1, group and whole class basis. As part of the role, you will be working with groups of children providing catch up sessions within English, Maths and Phonics. Experience of providing interventions is desired but not essential. This supportive KS1 department are looking for a hardworking, committed teaching assistant to joining their team.
Essential requirements:
Experience working as a Teaching Assistant
All work with Tradewind requires a DBS on the update service and collection of at least two verified references
An up-to-date CV with a 10-year career history
