Bookkeeper
Job Type : Contract, Full Time
Salary : £22000 – £24000/annum
I'm currently recruiting for a part time Bookkeeper for a fixed term contract for a maternity cover.
Hybrid working Office and Home based
20-25 hours per week
Tasks
Processing invoices, receivables and payables
Reconcile monthly bank statements
Responsible for entering data in company SalesForce CRM software
Use payroll software for reports and posting travel expenses
Provide reports to our HQ including A/R and A/P aging, assets and cashflow
Manage DSO and past-due open invoices
Responsible for the on-time monthly closing of books
Submit annual reports for certain state agencies
Support our external accountant for annual closing and tax preparation
Responsible for other administration and logistics support
Requirments
You have a minimum of 3 years of relevant work experience
Experienced user of Quick Books Online
Familiarity with Lucanet group reporting and SAP Business ByDesign is a plus
Proficient user in Microsoft Excel and other Office utilities
The candidate must be detail-oriented, IT literate and have experience being able to work independently and to communicate openly within the company
Quick learner and independent worker
