Architectural Technician
Job Type : Permanent, Full Time
Salary : £24000 – £26000/annum
Hospo Talent is currently looking for an Architectural Technician for our client based in Kilmarnock.
They are a major player in the Bar and restaurant industry and have an opening in their team
* A strong interest in architecture, mathematics, drawing and design, with an excellent eye for detail
* Art and design skills to complement technical know-how
* Strong communication
* Competence in CAD software
* An analytical mind with strong problem-solving ability
* Strong planning and organisation skills
* The ability to work on your own initiative and as part of a team
* High levels of creativity, imagination and vision
* The ability to work well under time and budget pressures.
* Experience working with AutoCad
* Experience using Sketchup preferable but not essential
* Working knowledge of UK Buildings regulations advantageous
They are offering a basic salary of £25,000 plus company benefits.
