KbbRecruitment are pleased to be working with a long-established brand in Glasgow looking for a General Kitchen Showroom Manager. Our client is offering upto £40,000 + bonuses.
Our client prides themselves on designing, making and also fitting high quality and bespoke kitchens to match your style, taste and also budget. They currently have 16 branches in the group.
Key showroom Responsibilities:
To welcome customers to our showroom.
* Ensure the showroom and displays are neat and are also kept relevant at all time.
* Recognise customers’ expectations and also identify their budget.
* Present our company, our products and also solutions.
* Sending samples and also brochures.
* Updating our Customer Relationship Management System with customer details and also managing follow-up activities.
* Complete Monthly reports including sales and costs
* Process customer payments
* Maintain staff training and also recruitment.
* Using CAD software (EQ and ArtiCAD)
Key Installation Responsibilities:
* Ensure fitters are on time and also delivering excellent customer services
* Providing on going training and feedback to the team.
You Must have:
* Excellent communication skills
* Ability to use MS Office and also CAD software.
* Customer-focused
* Knowledge in the Kitchen Field.
