At PlantCare, we’re helping our clients improve their health and well-being through the supply and care of innovative plant schemes.
We specialise in supplying and installing all things green – indoor and outdoor plant displays, indoor trees and wall planting, as well as offering a professional maintenance service.
About the Role
As Interior Landscaper, you will maintain interior plant displays on customers’ premises and associated works. You will need to be self-motivated with the ability to make decisions and be able to demonstrate good organisational skills with attention to detail. You will be required to communicate with the clients’ representatives on site, be courteous and display a problem-solving attitude.
As Interior Landscaper you will be:
* Maintaining interior plant displays on clients’ premises in and around Bristol.
* Using the job scheduling app Jobber.
* Reporting to and communicating with the Operations Manager.
* Assisting with delivery and installation duties.
We are looking for somebody who has:
* Basic knowledge of plant types & varieties.
* Good knowledge of plant maintenance techniques.
* Basic knowledge of pests/diseases and appropriate treatment.
* Ability to work alone and be self-motivated.
* Excellent customer relationship skills, polite and well-mannered.
* A full UK driving licence.
We will provide the following:
* Medium sized van.
* Company fuel cards and credit cards.
* Smart phone device for work use.
* Company uniform.
* All maintenance equipment and sundries.
Hours
8am-5pm with 1 hour unpaid for lunch.
The start time is flexible as discussed and we appreciate that starting early is going to make delivery of this service a lot more feasible.
What we can offer you:
* Salary £21,000 per annum.
* Flexible start time.
* 20 days holidays, plus 3 for Christmas and 8 bank holidays
