We are recruiting for a leading premium apparel & footwear retailer with a strong presence within its market sector, they are a leader in their field in Ireland.
What we are looking for:
Similar experience in an Assistant Management/Floor Management / Supervisory role within fashion/footwear or apparel
You will have had exposure working towards sales related KPIs such as; ATV, UPT and conversion
Strong team management skills & the ability to inspire a Supervisor & team of sales consultants
Commercially astute and have the ability to implement high-calibre visual standards
Passion for delivering great customer service at all times. We are looking to speak with Managers who are passionate about investing in your people & creating a high calibre customer service orientated environment.
