Would you like to work for one of the largest Housing Associations in London and the South East? Can you help optimise Notting Hill Genesis' digital marketing?

We're looking for a passionate and self-motivated Digital Marketing Manager to lead on our digital marketing and technical digital marketing projects for Notting Hill Genesis' sales and marketing team, focusing on the user experience to maximise acquisition and conversion of our properties.

Reporting to the Head and Marketing and Digital, you will be responsible for leading our digital marketing team who support our brand marketing and development campaigns to meet our sales objectives.
Collaboration is central to your success in this role. Your ability to market internally and build great relationships with colleagues in sales, customer relations, development, communications as well as with external suppliers and partners will help you to deliver integrated, successful sales and marketing strategies that deliver a great customer experience.

This role will see you manage customer facing digital marketing activity, supporting development of our digital strategy and its implementation. You will manage and lead a team of three.

We are looking for someone to encourage creative thinking within the team and to consistently deliver high standards and achieve required commercial performance targets. An understanding of the importance of branding is essential to this role.

The role holder will drive and deliver an exceptional user experience, create and broadcast high-quality content, which is synergised across our channels, including (but not limited to) our sales website, development microsites, third party portals, social media channels, display and PPC advertising and advertorials and understand its performance and how to continually improve it to help achieve and exceed targets and improve our return on investment.
