This a great opportunity for a dynamic individual to take on the role of Retail Assistant Manager for their Store in Belfast. Really well established and stable team, with opportunities of growth on sales and brand awareness.
As an Assistant Manager you will focus on people, service, operations and product management. You will take the Lead in sales, driving pace and be keen to deliver results.
The ideal candidate:
* Results Focused
* Assist the Store Manager in the day to day running of the store.
* Lead and Consistently inspiring your team.
* Previous experience in a fast paced environment
* Sales generation, driving kpi's, budget and p&l management.
* Ensuring a high level of visual standards and commerciality are maintained.
* Training and people development.
* One to one coaching and succession planning.
