The Role
Working within the digital team and alongside a creative live events team you will have be responsible for the running of live virtual projects.
Managing the project budget and ensuring it is commercially successful
Building positive and ongoing client and internal relationships
Establishing clients’ objectives and business KPIs, helping them to be successful
Scheduling and carrying out regular client communications, setting agendas, managing budgets, delivering project updates and recording actions
Occasionally attending live events as a digital lead
Playing a key part in costing new projects and tracking time spent in production
Helping to create proposals for new projects
Attending briefing and pitches
The Candidate
The ideal candidate will have the ability to understand a brief, be positive towards challenging situations with great leadership skills.
You will ideally have agency experience, be hands-on and enjoy working in a fast-paced environment. You’ll happily take responsibility for understanding client requirements and ensuring the Production team deliver these successfully.
