Our London design team are looking for an Associate Architect to join our rapidly growing studio. You can take a concept and transform it into an awesome space while collaborating with your design and technical teams. Above all, your work will transform workspaces.

What you're responsible for:

you would develop and effectively communicate high quality concept designs for pitches for projects, tenders and potential clients and then leading the projects by coordinating project consultants on the design outputs
lead the production of delivery/construction documents with the support of junior designers
compile design documentation and presentation drawings using Revit
communicate with clients, other designers, consultants, technical and construction teams to coordinate work efforts
prioritise and contribute to multiple projects simultaneously
pitch in wherever needed as a valued member of a cross-functional team
support the development of design documents from conceptual through to construction
communicate with other designers, consultants, technical and constructions teams to coordinate work efforts
implementing design best standards/practices, processes and technology solutions within the studio, to enhance our capability and effectiveness
identifying and reporting risks to principal, design, where relevant, whilst operating in compliance with ethical practices
continually enhancing depth and breadth of design skills, staying current with external market

Your qualification, skills and experience:

tertiary qualification or equivalent in design-related discipline
previous experience in either the architecture or design industry
workplace technical design experience
passionate for design
demonstrated willingness to develop existing skills and learn new ones in order to contribute to the team, support our clients and grow within the business
you will be positive and energetic while working under pressure and managing multiple deadlines
you are a true collaborator, able to create good relationships with those around you and have a desire to learn and understand how our business works
emotionally intelligent, you enjoy bringing together and coordinating many stakeholders to work towards a common goal
we want you to have opinions and express your thoughts/experience, knowing how to influence and persuade stakeholders to get to the best outcome

Technical knowledge:

strong working knowledge of Revit
