Salary : £32000 – £42000/annum sales commission and bonus
Here is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced Showroom Manager to join my clients newly refurbished showroom in Exeter. The showroom offers a full design and installation package for customers seeking a luxury kitchen with focus on an efficient, professional, and flexible service.
Day to day in the role of Showroom Manager you will
Meet customers, understand their requirements and help them to realise their dream kitchen, using your expertise to inform their decisions.
Oversee projects from cradle to grave, liaising with suppliers and customers throughout.
Ensure the rest of the team are working effectively towards their sales targets, reviewing KPI's throughout the year.
Work with leading German Kitchens and appliances from the highest quality brands.You will lead a team of highly skilled staff, who are passionate about the service they offer alongside the quality of the finished kitchen.
