AGILE PROJECT MANAGER & DELIVERY MANAGER – BLOCKCHAIN GAMING – UK HOME BASED – UP TO £75,000 BASIC SALARY + EXCELLENT BENEFITS
Agile Project/Delivery Manager required to join one of the fastest growing, blockchain gaming companies in the UK.
Our client is going through a huge growth phase and is looking for an Agile Project/Delivery Manager with at least 3 years' experience.
The demand for the software companies NFTs and eventual PC/Mobile Game is enormous and in a short period of time they have grown to over 20 people and have funding for at least the next 3 years. With a new NFT sales platform about to launch and a Desktop game under construction they cannot expand the team until the role is fulfilled and they become more organised.
Acting as Project and Delivery Manager you will deliver a large road map consisting of a website (outsourced), mobile game (outsourced) and PC Game built on the Unreal Engine (internally).
Working with the Games Development Artists and Developers you will be the link between Project and Delivery.
You'll be introducing and then facilitating Agile practices across Scrum Teams, ensuring delivery dates are met as well as being involved in planning, all phases of work and working very closely with the Analysts, 3D Art Team and Games Developers.
You will also be responsible for implementing best practices, writing user stories and backlog prioritisation.
They are looking for a candidate that has:
A successful track record of successful project implementations through the full project lifecycle
Gaming experience – preferably also working in the games industry
You will have previous experience working as an Agile Project/Delivery Manager and able to lead and facilitate user story workshops and elicit requirements
You'll have an excellent understanding and experience of agile software delivery using Scrum/Agile methodologies
Extensive knowledge working with Asana or Jira and using Roadmap planning capabilities
Experience with facilitation of Team Ceremonies – sprint planning, review, retrospectives and stand-ups
Excellent communication skills and strong stakeholder management experience
The team all works remotely and is split between the UK and USA so the working day is not a standard 9am to 5pm.

BENEFITS
£65,000 to £75,000 per year employed or £250 to £300 per day as a contractor equivalent (12 month rolling contract)
200,000 tokens vested for 12 months with 15 months monthly unlock period based on successful 1st year roll out
Annual pay review – up to 10% of annual salary
NFT bonus based on Milestone Deliverables – up to 6 per year
28 days holiday (inc. bank holidays)
