Contract Architectural Technician or Architect
Job Type : Contract, Full Time
Salary : £23.00 – £27.00/hour
Brand new vacancy available in Manchester City Centre for an Architectural Technician or qualified Architect to join a busy practice on an initial contract basis (3 months minimum).
Our client are a mainstay of the Manchester Architectural scene. They have been established in the NorthWest for many years and have built a successful team of experienced individuals with a background of strong design capabilities alongside excellent technical skills. Their project work typically covers various sectors including Education, Commercial, Leisure and various others. Their upcoming workload will encompass a variety of these sectors therefore it's important for prospective applicants to be open to a wide range of different projects based on where your specific experience lies.
As a business, they have promoted the use of advanced technologies and the application of modern construction methods. They are hoping for all new hires to have a good-grounding in the usage of REVIT and be able to demonstrate this in a CV/portfolio or at interview stage.
With the current workload expected to last a minimum of 3 months (likely much more), we are hoping to speak with experience individuals looking to work in this quite flexible model. A competitive hourly pay-rate is available alongside various employee benefits including the option to work from home on occasion.
