Conrad Consulting are delighted to be once again working with one of the UK's leading Architectural firms, seeking a qualified Architect to join their offices in Leicester city centre.

This Leicester based practice is a huge name within the Architectural industry with offices based throughout the Midlands, UK and internationally. Regularly appearing in the AJ100 list of practices, the practice prides itself on developing and nurturing their Architectural talent in the business, with incentives in place to encourage all staff members to excel and achieve their utmost potential in their career. The practice are now seeking a newly qualified Architect to join their ever growing team.
The Position:
This position is ideal for a recently qualified Architect that has experience of working within a private practice/multi-disciplinary environment in which you will ideally have worked on Mixed Use, Residential and Commercial Office schemes.
You will be a joining a close knit team where you will be provided with outstanding mentorship and development opportunities. As a recently qualified Architect you will be exposed to all RIBA stages, enabling you to further your career as an Architect and gain all important experience in that journey.
The Architect for this position will mainly be working within the Mixed Use sector, however prior experience of this field is not essential when applying to this role. It may be advantageous if you have worked on large scale Commercial/Industrial schemes, but again, this is not essential. Project running experience would be a big advantage.
Skills and Qualifications required:
ARB/RIBA Chartered Architect with at least 3 years of post qualification experience.
Exceptional client management and interpersonal skills.
AutoCAD proficiency along with the added benefit of Revit software.
Salary, Benefits & Incentives:

For this position as an Architect, you will receive a salary and benefits package including the following:
Salary in the region of £34,000-£42,000 per annum (dependant on experience)
25 days holiday + Christmas shut down
Permanent Health Insurance (PHI), inclusive from your 1st day of work.
Discretionary bonus scheme paid annually (generally around 5% of salary).
Potential for flexible home/office based working (all staff currently working from home as per government guidelines).
