Recently Qualified Architect required to join a world renowned architectural practice based in Birmingham city centre. The practice are officially a multi-disciplinary practice, however, their Birmingham office features a robust and talented Architectural team. Featuring prominently in the AJ100 list of practices, this company is going from strength to strength and are now in a position to add a talented, Recently Qualified Architect to their ranks.

This particular position will suit an Architect that has recently completed their Part 3 course, ideally with 2-3 years experience in the industry at Part 1 & 2 level. As an Architect within this office, you will be presented with the opportunity to work on highly notable projects, both throughout the Midlands and the rest of the UK.

The company as a whole operate in a broad variety of sectors, with the Birmingham office focusing on areas including; Residential, Education, Retail, Conservation and Office/Workplace projects. You will be tasked with working autonomously and as part of a team predominantly within RIBA stages 0-3. Stages 4-7 will also be prevalent in this role, so experience of working across the full RIBA process would be ideal for this position.

Key responsibilities of the Recently Qualified Architect in this role are as follows:

Developing the brief and concept design production from briefing information
Creation of concept 3D model options
Development of masterplan & building plans and elevational & sectional models using AutoCAD
Creation of CGI views using predominantly Revit
Site & client meetings and responding to client and design team queries
Integration of structural and M&E engineering

Skills and qualifications required for this position are as follows:

Hold a BArch/PGdipArch or equivalent and have completed RIBA Part lll
ARB registration and/or RIBA chartership
AutoCAD & Revit proficiency, alongside Photoshop, Indesign and the Adobe Creative suite
