We have an exciting opportunity to join one of our esteemed clients who is a prestigious name within the events and exhibitions industry on a global scale.
They effectively run a strategy of launching into genuine growth markets and running the best events for the sectors they are serving in. They have exciting growth plans over the next two to three years and are looking for ambitious and motivated people to join their award-winning teams.
As part of an exciting new focus on B2B channels serving the luxury markets, they have extensively researched and identified a major opportunity that’s seen its traditional events disappear in the pandemic despite strong growth indicators in the market.
We are no looking for an experienced Senior Marketing Executive or Marketing Manager, looking to take the next step in their career to support them in their 2022 launch of their show.

Responsibilities:
Work in partnership with the Event Director plus the wider team to develop and implement marketing strategies that position key messages and product strategy.
Work with the sales team to create sales campaigns, focused on both new client growth and increased client retention. This includes messaging to drive revenue across all products such as digital, sponsorships, and future revenue opportunities.
Develop strategic audience development plans and ensure marketing communications accurately reflect event positioning and key messaging.
Be the lead in messaging and writing regarding our outbound reach to our customers.
Good communication and writing skills are imperative.
Develop strategies and partnerships to embed us in the market we are serving and create community within the sector.
Execute the marketing campaign(s) and report on effectiveness and results ensuring all elements achieve required performance criteria.
Support Group Marketing Manager, Marketing Director and Event Director in determining and executing business development strategy.
Regularly review marketing plan, response rates/KPI’s, attendee demographics, and industry best practices to ensure marketing efforts are effective and successful, making recommendations and adjustments as appropriate.
Responsible for the formation, execution, and management of the products’ digital marketing efforts, including SEO/SEM and PPC strategies and social media.
Oversee and execute community building and social media strategies that drive engagement, interaction, brand affinity and could improve the audience experience.
Essential Experience and skills:
Experience contributing to the development of marketing plans and budgets.
Strong project management skills, being able to manage projects on an extensive scale.
Experienced in devising and implementing digital marketing strategies and campaigns.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Ability to produce creative and well thought out marketing plans.
Strong IT skills and systems management (e.g. experience working with CRM and CMS platforms, databases, email marketing and marketing automation software).
Able to work to tight deadlines and remain calm under pressure.
Meticulous attention to detail.
