We are looking for an exceptional Architect to join the Oxford studio on a permanent basis. Those who can demonstrate a creative passion for the traditional development of projects from a Conservation aspect are highly sought after!
The successful Architect will evidence keen attention to detail and high-quality examples of work submitted with their applications. You will need to be able to display a can-do attitude, willingness to learn and understanding of company projects and culture.

Conservation Architect requirements:
RIBA Chartered Architect
Buildings Conservation experience essential
AABC, IHBC, RIBASCA Accreditations will be highly desirable
3+ years' experience working in historic building conservation
Technical competence and site experience
Proven experience working on RIBA stages 4 & 5
Excellent design & drawing skills
AutoCAD proficiency
Revit proficiency & BIM Conservation experience is highly desirable
Strong understanding of UK Building & Planning Regulations
Project running experience
The successful Conservation Architect will receive a highly competitive salary, likely to be in the region of £38-£45k.
