Digital Video Producer

ROLE SUMMARY
As a digital media producer, you will be required to manage the production of digital media assets. Sitting within the Broadcast Media team, you will own the whole lifecycle of digital assets production and usage for the primary purpose of digital marketing.
Much of the work will be around managing timelines and resources, collaborating between clients, designers, editors and animators to deliver exciting, engaging digital video content for the business. Work will range from high-end event opening films, client education animations, corporate messaging videos and social media comms, all aligned to our corporate brand identity.
The position requires production experience, technical knowledge, and an attention to detail. The style of the content created can be typography, footage or photography montage or character animation in multiple in-house brand styles. The right candidate will be able to tell their story with any style or approach, as the brief requires.
You will work directly with the client from our global business on these projects, collaborating with inhouse design and brand teams, whilst reporting to the department lead. You will be accustomed to managing multiple projects and will understand how to prioritise projects accordingly. Working as part of a well-established team, you will need to understand and help to deliver the team’s goals, and the clients’ vision, for superior digital media experience.
Key Responsibilities
Work independently but also as part of a team taking on client requests or briefs for work and relaying this information to our content creators
Respond to creative briefs and communicate requirements to relevant parties (e.g. Creative Editors, Motion Graphic Designers etc) to ensure correct implementation, efficient workflow and timely project delivery
Ensure all assets produced adhere to the client's brand guidelines, production standards and working practices and have copyright protections and legal documentation
Produce, manage, budget and track spend for assets, when required
Understand the client's brand and visual identity and work with other departments to ensure global consistency of collateral.
Technical Skills
Ideally 2+ years production / project management experience in the creative field.
Understanding of digital assets production, postproduction workflow & the technical requirements of digital marketing assets (Incl. video formats, quality etc.)
Ability to multi-task, prioritise workload and manage multiple projects and deadlines.
An eye for detail and accuracy, without compromising deadlines.
Understanding of social media, new digital formats, and trends
Excellent organisational skills
Excellent communication skills
Experience working with Talent.
Experience using Adobe Creative Suit video production applications.
Working knowledge of the corporate event process.
